Mark always brags that we have the best food on the Middle Fork — and he would know, considering he’s a chef in the off-season. In addition to his cooking, he also makes great toasts and is more than willing to share them with you.

THIS ONE TIME

If there was one piece of advice that Mark could give, it would be to always check your drink before taking a swig. He learned this lesson the hard way, as he got stung by a yellow jacket that was hiding in his beverage. His lip swelled to an insane size. Mark’s always wanted bigger lips.

IN HIS OTHER LIFE

Mark led an actor’s life. His most compelling role was one of Ebenezer Scrooge in “A Christmas Carol,” when he was in seventh grade. We still have a hard time believing this due to his excessive cheer and friendly personality.
